What to include
Your registered phone number, the public ID (U-XXXXXX / H-XXXXXX) or content concerned, what happened and when, and any evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs). The fastest route for content and conduct reports is in-app: Help & Support → Report a Problem, or the Report button on any profile, chat, review, alert, or work post.
If you are not satisfied
- In-app appeal — any account suspension, ban, or Community Trust Index adjustment shows an Appeal option, reviewed by staff not solely responsible for the original decision.
- Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC) — if you are dissatisfied with the Grievance Officer's decision on a content grievance, you may appeal online at gac.gov.in within 30 days. We comply with GAC orders.
- Statutory forums — nothing on this page limits your right to approach the consumer disputes redressal commissions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Data Protection Board of India for personal-data grievances, the police, or the courts.
